Safety instructions
- Only use the window vacuum as instructed.
- Do not store or charge the window vacuum outdoors, always at room temperature and in a dry place.
- Do not operate the charger with damp or wet hands.
- Do not insert any objects into the ventilation slots.
- The device can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental abilities or lack of experience and knowledge, if they are supervised or instructed in the safe use of the device and understand the hazards involved.
- Children are not allowed to play with the device.
- Children must not clean or service the device without supervision.
- This device contains batteries that cannot be replaced.
- The window vacuum must only be charged with the batteries supplied.
- The charger may only be used together with the Leifheit window and bathroom vacuum.
- Charge the window vacuum fully before initial use (see Initial operation/Charging batteries).
- Always disconnect the charger from the socket and window vacuum after charging.
- Repairs may only be made by authorised Customer Service technicians.
- Never open the basic unit alone.
- The individual components of the basic unit may not be disassembled, repaired or modified.
- Disconnect the device from the mains before cleaning or maintenance work.
- Ensure that no liquids enter the switches and buttons when cleaning is carried out.
- Only suitable for household use. Only use the device with accessories and spare parts approved by Leifheit.
- The basic unit contains electrical components.
- Do not clean the basic unit under running water!
