As the pouches are suitable for freezing to -20 °C, they preserve the contents for longer and at the same time protect them from freezer burn. Anyone wanting to cook sous vide and thus retain vitamins, flavours and nutrients can use the Leifheit vacuum pouches. These are heat-resistant up to 95 °C. Of course, the pouches can also be used for thawing or heating up food in the microwave. The Leifheit vacuum pouches are flexible to use with other branded vacuum devices. In addition to 50 vacuum pouches (free from BPA), 56 labels are also included. Safety instructions
- Read the instruction manual carefully before first use.

- If the cable is defective, this must be replaced by the manufacturer, or authorised Customer Service technicians to avoid hazards.
- Never open the device yourself. The individual components of the device may not be disassembled, repaired or modified. There is a risk of electric shock if live connections or electrical components are touched.
- Improper repairs can cause considerable danger to the user and invalidate the warranty.
- Ensure that the device is switched off before inserting the mains plug into the socket and before disconnecting it.
- Do not touch the device or the mains plug with wet hands.
- Never immerse the device in water or other liquids.

- Do not put the vacuum sealing device in the dishwasher.
- If moisture enters the device, electronic components may become damaged. Ensure that no liquid can enter the inside of the device. Do not use aggressive or corrosive cleaning agents or solvents.
